本产品适应南网要求的不锈钢外壳而开发的全密封机构，因使用环境对产品可靠性的影响，如凝露、沿海腐蚀环境等对电镀件、电气元件的性能影响很大，严重降低产品使用周期，经常需要去维护保养，对智能化自动化的推广起到制约作用。所以一款能防水，且体积小，功能齐全，经济型比较高的机构来达到防凝露、防水、防腐蚀功能要求的操动机构，即防护等级要求IP67。
本产品通过外壳与底板将机构封装在里面，机构高度控制在260mm以下，操作、指示、按钮等通过密封圈伸出外壳，电气元件等通过航空插座将点位引出，以此来达到TP65密封要求。特殊处理后可做到IP67密封要求，适用于防凝露、防腐蚀等特殊环境场合使用。
